The emergence of XBB, the most recent effective Omicron subvariant, may have been influenced by the Covid-19 vaccines, according to an opinion piece published earlier this year in The Wall Street Journal (WSJ). But is there any basis for this assumption? Let's examine the arguments from both sides and see.
