Entrepreneurs and hype makers frequently resort to buzzwords in their pursuit of funding in the hopes that some special string of letters would open the dragon's wealth. At times, it even succeeds. When it occurs, nothing of interest or worth is produced; instead, money is just sucked out of the pockets of investors or the government and tossed into the swirling mouth of inexperienced or foolish engineers.
