You just saw an automobile accident. You saw a bright red Charger slam into a minivan, sending both of them flipping across three lanes. And that all took place in front of you.
You had never seen anything more bizarre. It's ingrained in your memory and is crystal plain as day: the Charger is entirely to blame.
You're relating the tale to your relatives and friends later on.
However, it's possible that you missed the large Amazon delivery truck spill a box load into the road. It seems out that the Charger slammed on the brakes to avoid the chaos, then was hit from behind and driven over those three lanes of traffic. Actually, the automobiles were the victims; the overloaded truck was to blame.
