How Not to Talk to Your Child Like They Are "Small"
This thought came to mind while I watched the movie "Amsterdam," which made me nostalgically think back on my early years.
Children's emotional innocence can be incredibly humbling.
What alters as we develop into adults? while do we stop being so innocent while expressing love without conditions?
When do we find it difficult to forgive those who have wronged us?
When do we start isolating ourselves from the outside world, closing ourselves off from compassion we were born with?
There is frequently an unseen wall between a youngster and others around them when they become more reclusive.
Adults frequently unknowingly add to this obstacle.
