Increasing climate coverage

Increasing climate coverage for more trust and comprehension

One of the most urgent problems of our day is climate change, which affects ecosystems and societies all around the world. However, there is an increasing sense of annoyance and hopelessness among viewers when it comes to media coverage of the climate.

A survey of American adults conducted jointly by the Yale Project on Climate Change Communication and the George Mason University Center for Climate Change Communication found that 74% of respondents believe that global warming is occurring and that 66% of respondents are at least "somewhat worried" about it. (These Americans include 30% of those who describe themselves as "very worried.")

Only 34% of individuals polled indicated they "occasionally" talk about the issue, despite thinking it is happening and being concerned about it.
