Try conducting an interview if you thought doing a technical interview was challenging. I'm not referring about the uncomfortable interviewers who made a negative impression while looking down on you and hoping the agony would go away. I'm referring to interviewees who made an impression that you treasure.
An interview requires a lot of responsibility. You act as the person's career's gatekeeper. Therefore, you must exert all of your might to give them the best possible justice.
