NATO nation desires to send troops to Ukraine
Soon, troops from a NATO nation will step foot on Ukrainian soil!
In the future, Great Britain wants to conduct its training exercises for Ukrainian forces there as well. The "Sunday Telegraph" quoted Defense Minister Grant Shapps as saying this.
Shapps added that he had addressed the British Navy's potential for a "more active role" in the Black Sea, where Russian civilian ships are being targeted, with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi during a recent trip to Kiev.
Since early 2022, according to reports from Britain, more than 20,000 Ukrainian soldiers have already received training there. At least formally, NATO member states have not yet sent trainers to Ukraine. The objective
