Better Podcasts − More Podcasts
I get a ton of product marketing as a podcaster, especially one that blogs a lot about podcasting. Some randomly find their way into my email through Twitter, while others arrive in the form of press releases or other solicitations. "Hey Nick, I loved reading your blog post about how much you detest podcasts. Would you be interested in reviewing our new product and participating in beta testing?
Nevertheless, I feel morally obligated to denounce one aspect of these products in common. The stated goal of all of them is to expedite and simplify the process of creating podcasts. The effect of the product is the same whether we discuss Descript, Zencastr, the RodeCaster, or any other new AI release. Let's simplify.
