I'm going to take on the role of Carnac the Magnificent and start making media-related predictions that, at the very least, appear conceivable and have the ability to change the game starting today. I want to be clear up front that these predictions are not based on insider information. All I've done is try to focus and occasionally make a few connections along the road. In light of that, I believe the first one has a better than even probability of coming true.
Personally, I think it's intriguing what's happening at CNN now that Warner Bros. and Discovery have merged. Having worked at the network for a number of years, I feel like I'm back in the future.
